Many of my weight loss clients say they don’t even know when they’re overeating; it’s like a switch flips inside their head and before they know it, they’ve eaten the doughnut without a second thought.
One of the great things about hypnosis is that it helps you become much more aware of what you’re putting into your mouth so you can make the choices that align with your goal.
In the study mentioned in the article below, when participants were choosing the portion sizes for their meals, they were told to deliberately focus on either the health benefits of the meal, the pleasure gained by eating the it, or on how full the meal would keep them until the next meal.
