Affirmations for self-esteem

Free Guided Affirmation Meditation To Increase Your Confidence

Affirmations are a great tool you can use for confidence and self-esteem.So, if you’re prone to beating yourself up, take comfort in the fact that you’re not alone; it’s pretty common among my clients.

Does that mean you just have to put up with it and suffer the consequences? Hell no. In fact, you can do something to change it as soon as today.

The first step to changing your negative self-talk is awareness. After all, if you don’t know you’re doing it, how can you stop it?

A Thought of Your Mother is Not Your Mother

Most people let their thoughts push them around; but here’s the honest truth, none of your thoughts are real; it’s just that most times they feel so real that you believe them to be true. Here’s how your mind works:

  • A thought comes into your mind, and then…
  • You get attached to that thought, and then…
  • Pretty soon other thoughts that match that thought join it and then…
  • Before you know it, you’re stuck in a trance of unworthiness

The more you think these negative thoughts or hypnotherapy for anxiety in Melbourne, the more they become the inclination of your mind. If you do it consistently enough, you’ll start to create a whole lot of beliefs that don’t work for you.

Practising positive affirmations on a daily basis is a gentle way to pivot your mind away from what you don’t want and in the direction of what you do want. You can also take the help of Melbourne hypnosis.
