You can practise affirmations to be happy so you don’t need to rely on outer circumstances changing to experience the freedom, joy and clarity that is available in any given moment.
Most people think their purpose in life is to strive, achieve and make a difference in the world.
There’s certainly nothing wrong with doing all of those things, but they’re not the sole purpose of your existence. You’re here for one simple reason; to be happy, joyful and free.
Everything you want; whether it’s more money, a better relationship with your spouse or a career that lights you up – is because you think when you get it, it’ll make you feel better.
But you can feel better right now, regardless of what’s going on around you.
Make Happiness a Choice
All kinds of factors can interfere with our wellbeing, but none more so than our perception of what’s going on around us. You may think that you can only be happy if some condition or other changes for the better; but you’d be wrong.
In this video I’ll show you the same technique I use with my clients at my hypnotherapy clinic, which will help you tap into your innate sense of freedom so you can live your life in moment-my-moment contentment, simply by choosing what you focus on.
These free positive affirmations will help you:
- Pay attention to the things that bring you satisfaction;
- Stop talking about and focusing on what you don’t like in your environment;
- Stop worrying about the future and being angry about the past;
- Make a conscious choice to be happy
Affirmations are a great way to gently pivot your mind in the direction of where you want to go, and this video will help you do that in a relaxed, peaceful setting.
Do yourself a favour and commit to a regular affirmation practice; if you do this, you’ll notice gradual but profound changes in your general outlook, emotions and behaviour.
Please listen to this with earphones is a quiet place with few distractions.
