Affirmations are a great tool you can use to stop worrying, catastrophising and stressing about every little thing.

Why We Worry

Look, worrying is essentially a habit that most people don’t even question. Bad news sells, so we’re bombarded daily with messages and images of doom and gloom.

95% of people don’t bother training their minds for happiness, so we’re surrounded by other people who continually focus on and talk about what’s wrong in the world and their lives.

It’s hard not to get sucked into that! That’s why I’m creating new videos each week to show you how to take back control of your thought processes.

This relaxing video will help you to:

  • Let go of that pesky mind chatter that stops you from seeing things clearly;
  • Notice the positive aspects of your life more often
  • Let go of control and trust that things are always working out for you;
  • Develop a sense of peace and equanimity


At first when you hear and repeat these statements is might feel ‘false’, like you don’t believe them. That’s okay, and quite normal at first, because beliefs can take some time to shift (Clinical hypnotherapy is a much faster way to shift beliefs).

Still, if you persist, you’ll start to notice subtle changes in your thinking. For example; things that previously used to upset you will start to work themselves out and you’ll tend to be less inclined to over-dramatize.
